This website uses as few cookies as possible. Cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary are only used with your prior consent, as required by Article 10/2 of the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Google advertising cookies are only set with your consent. No social media cookies are set.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as reading information from your device or sending measurement data from your browser.

Necessary cookies (always active)

These first-party cookies are strictly necessary for the website and portal to work or to provide the service you explicitly request. They do not require consent.

  • roer_consent — stores your cookie choice so that we can respect and demonstrate it (12 months).
  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language (session, up to 12 months).
  • sb-* — secure owner portal session (only after login, for as long as you stay logged in).
  • roer_demo — opens the portal demo (session, only when you open the demo).

Statistics (only with consent)

With your consent, we measure which pages are visited and whether forms are started and submitted. We do not use any third-party tool: measurements are sent from your browser to our own website and stored in our database in the European Union. We do not store IP addresses, names or email addresses; a random session code only lets us group visits. This data is not shared with third parties for advertising and is deleted or anonymised after 13 months at most. Without your consent, no measurement data is sent.

Advertising (only with consent)

We advertise with Google Ads. Only if you accept “Advertising” does the website load the Google tag (Google Ireland Ltd.). It measures whether a visit from one of our ads leads to a request (conversion tracking) and sets cookies such as _gcl_au (3 months) and cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in basic mode: without your consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area (see our privacy policy). More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Refusing or withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and the website remains fully usable. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can also delete cookies already set through your browser settings.
