Holiday home management: Belgian Coast
The Belgian coast is 67 kilometres long and every resort has its own character, from upscale Knokke-Heist to the wide dunes of De Panne. We organise management by zone — east, middle and west coast — so our teams work close to your property.
Demand on the Belgian Coast
Demand at the seaside is not limited to July and August. Long weekends, school holidays, events and off-season getaways create opportunities all year round.
Properties we manage there
Seafront apartments, studios, villas and dune houses: each type needs its own approach to pricing, minimum stays and maintenance (salt air, sand, wind).
- Management by zone: east, middle and west coast
- Maintenance adapted to the coastal climate
- Pricing strategy for every season

Frequently asked questions
Towns and cities
What rules apply to holiday rentals in the coastal towns?
In Flanders, every tourist accommodation must be registered with Toerisme Vlaanderen, be fire-safe and insured. Municipalities may add their own rules and a tourist tax. During the rental analysis we map the rules for your address; always have your situation confirmed by the competent authorities.
Can I still use my property in the coastal towns myself?
Yes. You block your own dates in the portal and we take them into account in planning and pricing.
