Which data do we process?

• Owners and prospects: name, email, phone, property address and characteristics, language, correspondence.
• Portal users: account data, credentials (password stored encrypted), usage data for security.
• Guests: data needed to organise the stay and data required by law.
• Website visitors: technical data and — only with your consent — anonymous statistics and measurement of our Google ads.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your request and making a proposal (consent and pre-contractual measures).
• Performing the management agreement, including reporting and statements (performance of contract).
• Organising guest stays (performance of contract / legitimate interest).
• Complying with legal obligations such as accounting and tax retention (legal obligation).
• Securing the website and portal (legitimate interest).
• Website statistics, measurement of our ads and newsletter (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Retention

Prospect data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless an agreement follows. Contract data is kept for the duration of the agreement and then as long as legally required. Guest data is limited to what is necessary and deleted once no longer needed.

Recipients

We use carefully selected processors (hosting and database in the European Union, email delivery, payments) and the booking platforms on which your property is listed. A data processing agreement is in place with each processor. With your consent, Google Ireland Ltd. measures via Google Ads whether a visit from our ads leads to a request. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the EEA

We aim to process data within the EEA. Any transfer outside the EEA only takes place with appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Security

Access is restricted by role. Each owner only sees their own properties and documents, enforced in the database itself. Photos and documents are stored privately and shown via temporary links.
