Reservation management
We run the entire booking flow of your property, from listing to check-out. Every reservation appears in your portal the moment it comes in.

Why managing bookings yourself takes so much time
Requests arrive through several platforms at any hour. Calendars must stay perfectly in sync, guests expect fast answers, and a single forgotten block can cause a double booking.
What we do
Listings on the right channels
We create and maintain your listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and, where relevant, Vrbo and Expedia — in Dutch, French, English and German.
One synchronised calendar
All channels run through one central calendar. A booking on one platform automatically blocks the others.
Changes and cancellations
We handle date changes, cancellations and refunds according to channel policies and our agreement.
Screening and house rules
We check requests, share house rules in advance and enforce maximum occupancy.
Full history
Every reservation, change and payment is recorded.

Do you work with my existing Airbnb account?
We decide together during onboarding. Sometimes keeping an existing listing and its reviews makes sense; sometimes a transfer is better. We explain the trade-offs openly.
Can I still take bookings myself?
To avoid double bookings, everything runs through our central calendar. To host friends or family, simply block the dates in your portal.

This, and everything else, for your property.
Our services work as one. Discover what that means for your property.
